Participation in district sports require a current physical:

  • ALL athletic clearances will be done online. If you have submitted a physical EGUSD form and need it back, it will be placed in the front office, so you can upload it to your profile
  • Physicals MUST have a stamp from a physician's office. Physicals missing this portion will result in a delayed clearance, until the physical is stamped and resubmitted online.
  • Click here for clearance instructions.
  • Once cleared, you can expect to receive an email notifying you of clearance, or any steps that are missing. Please allow for at least 1 - 2 school days for all clearances. This means that submissions done the day of tryouts, may not be able to be cleared until day 2.
